Larsen Danish Seafood
(Seafood from Denmark)
History and vision:
We have developed and manufactured fish products in Denmark for many years. We have been in the business since the time, where Denmark was surrounded by fish and quality of raw material was a matter of course.
However quality and flavour is not the case anymore. The constant focus on the price has left its mark on many products, but Larsen sticks to its values concerning; quality, competence, honesty and product development.
All our products under the Larsen brand have an extra good quality and delicacy, which meet the expectations we wish to give our customers.
Vision:
We want to give our customer, healthy, tasty and quality products.
Today there is focus on healthy and non fattening food stuffs. There will be even more focus in the years to come. Very few food stuffs meet these demands. Our philosophy is to develop products which tempt the European consumers to eat more fish every day. Larsen has decided to be in front in the development of healthy and tasty products and the first results are already on the market.

The suppliers of raw materials have been long-standing trade partners and Larsen knows that they observe the specifications agreed. Naturally, this is also ensured through samples made by landings around the world, by inspection of raw materials at the factories, and throughout the production process.
Quality assurance is one of Larsen's key issues. Due to a well implemented quality system, all products follow any regulation and standard. Larsen is certified according to among others the EFSIS, HACCP, BRC and IFS standards.
The standards are constantly being updated and auditions are a natural part of the Larsen system. There are quality departments with own laboratories at all factories. These labs control all processes of the production. Everything is being monitored.
